RETURNS POLICY

For NEW items: We offer a 30-day return window. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. 

For Pre-Loved items: We offer a 7-day return window. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Orders placed between November 20 and December 31, 2025 are covered by our 60-day Holiday Returns Policy, regardless of item condition. The 60-day return period begins on the order date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging. If your return is handed to a shipping carrier after the return window has expired, then your order no longer qualifies for a return, so please ship the return before the return window has expired.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included with the return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted (if applicable and on a case-by-case basis):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than our return window after delivery
  • Orders where a free shipping promotion was not applied (Please be advised original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable)
